📜 BartolSMP Terms of Service (TOS)

⚠️ General Agreement

By purchasing from the BartolSMP Store, you agree to all terms listed below. These terms apply to every player, regardless of age, region, or payment method. Completing a purchase means you fully accept and understand these conditions.

💳 Payments & Refunds

All payments made on BartolSMP are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once a purchase is completed and delivered, it cannot be reversed, exchanged, or refunded. If a player attempts to force a refund through their bank or payment provider, this is considered a chargeback. Any chargeback will result in a permanent ban from BartolSMP and the BartolSMP Store. This includes all current and future services.

🧾 Incorrect Username

If you accidentally enter the wrong Minecraft username during checkout, the purchase will not automatically deliver. This is not considered grounds for a refund. Instead, you must open a support ticket with your transaction ID and the correct username. Once verified, we will manually deliver the item to the correct account. This process is fast and handled with priority, but it does not change the no‑refund rule.

📦 Delivery & Missing Items

All items are delivered automatically through our system. Most purchases arrive within seconds. If an item does not appear immediately, the player should ensure they are online, confirm their username is correct, and allow a short delay for processing. If the item still does not arrive, a support ticket must be opened. We will verify the transaction and deliver the missing item. Missing items do not qualify for refunds.

🔐 Chargebacks & Fraud

Any attempt to dispute a payment, reverse a transaction, or force a refund through external means will result in a permanent ban from the server and store. Fraudulent activity, unauthorized purchases, or attempts to exploit the payment system will be reported to Tebex and may result in further action from payment providers.

🛡️ Non‑Pay‑to‑Win Policy

BartolSMP operates as a non‑pay‑to‑win community. Purchases do not grant unfair combat advantages or disrupt gameplay balance. All items, ranks, and perks are cosmetic, supportive, or convenience‑based. Buying items does not guarantee any competitive benefit.

💼 Use of Funds

All money spent on BartolSMP is reinvested directly into the server. Purchases support hosting, development, updates, custom features, security, and future expansions. No funds are taken for personal use. The store exists solely to maintain and improve the server.

👥 Parental Oversight

Parents and guardians should understand that purchases are final and non‑refundable. All payments are secure, handled by Tebex, and used strictly for server development. If a child enters the wrong username or does not receive an item immediately, support will resolve the issue quickly. Chargebacks will still result in a permanent ban, regardless of who initiated the payment.

📘 Acceptance of Terms

By completing any purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above. If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase.
